We offer substantially discounted rates for mailing in bulk... whether you're mailing postcards or brochures... first class or standard rate - our mailing services include ink-jetting your mailing list, to postcard or brochure orders, sorting, barcoding, and delivery to our bulk center for distribution.

MAILING LISTS

If you would like to submit your mailing list to us for printing on your order, please format in any ONE of the following formats:       • Excel       • Tab Delimited       • CSV (Comma Delimited)       • Formatted Text We can accept other list formats(i.e. - *.DBF, etc), but it may delay your order due to having to convert your list. Please format fields for NAME, COMPANY (if applicable), ADDRESS 1, ADDRESS 2 (if applicable), CITY, STATE, ZIP so that your job can be processed quickly and efficiently. When sending your list via email (and this is VERY IMPORTANT)... YOUR ORDER NUMBER MUST BE IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL!

MAILING & DESIGN

If you are submitting print-ready artwork and WE ARE MAILING THE CARD FOR YOU USING OUR INDECIA, you MUST meet our postal specifications. Since regulations change frequently, please check this page often if you submit artwork to us on a regular basis.
